Excuse me, but don't words mean something?
The Global War On Terror
in now officially the Overseas Contingency Operation.
What does that MEAN? Overseas, I understand that. It means that if you are from Mexico or Canada, you are free to do what you want. Contingency means "an event that may but is not certain to occur. So events "could" just cease to occur. Is that what you mean? Operation means a procedure, a process.
So, as you can clearly see. We don't have a clue what we are doing.
